Fortune Onus Traci is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in physics and human resources. A graduate of Wesley University of Science and Technology, Ondo State, Nigeria. Where she earned a degree in Physics with Electronics, Traci combines her technical expertise with a passion for organizational development and leadership.
Her career spans roles in human resources across several multilateral entities, where she honed her skills in talent management, organizational efficiency, and capacity building. Currently, Traci serves as a Human Resources professional at the Angie Brooks International Center for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace, and Security (ABIC). In this role, she plays a pivotal part in fostering initiatives that empower women and promote leadership, peace, and security on a global scale. Traci is in
pursuit of her master’s in International Law and Diplomacy

JESSE TOLKER
Finance Officer
Jesse Tolker is a Senior Financial Officer at Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security.
He is a first-class graduate of the University of Liberia Graduate School with Mister Degree in Business Administration.
He is a results-driven professional accountant with 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation, and financial analysis. Proven ability to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes and also a proven ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
He serves as officer –in Charge in the absence of the Establishment Coordinator.
He has been with the organization since 2012.
AARON D. GREENFIELD
Finance Assistant
Mr. Aaron Greenfield is currently serving as a Finance Assistant at the Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security (ABIC).
He has several years of relevant working experience in finance and related programs such as Project Planning, Entrepreneurship, Monitoring and Evaluation, and volunteering, especially in emergency and development contexts.
He also has long experience in the areas of supervision and facilitation, He worked on lots of EU, USAID, UNPBF & UNDP sponsor projects with the Angie Brooks International Centre.
He has been with the organization since 2018.
Cassius O. Monger, Logistic Officer, at the Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace & Security (ABIC).
He has more than 15 years’ experience in logistic management both nationally and Internationally.

Information Technology Officer
Israel D. Nah is an Information Technology Officer at Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace & Security (ABIC).
He is a graduate of the William Booth High School, Salvation Army, earn a certificate from the Kofi Annan Institute for Conflict Transformation (KAICT) and currently a student of the Starz University.
He is a results-driven professional and has been with the organization since 2021.

She is a student at the University of Liberia and a graduate of the Susan A Berry Memorial High School with a diploma.

Junior Finance Aid
Odessie T. Porte work at the Angie Brooks International Center for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security (ABIC) as a Junior finance officer.
Miss Porte is a senior student at the University of Liberia studying Public Administration and Management. She has been with the organization since 2018.
Ephraim Ferjay Vonyon
Communication Officer
Ephraim Ferjay Vonyon is an intern in the capacity of Communication Officer at the Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security (ABIC).
He currently studies at the University Of Liberia, majoring in Accounting and Management as a minor.
He has professional certificates in Effective Teaching from the Standard Teachers Training Institute, and from the Education Department of the Southwest Liberia Conference of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
He has been an educator at secondary school level for 13 years, and has served as an assistant examiner for WAEC Liberia from 2021 to present.
He embraces taking up new challenges and is eager to explore and utilize his potentials.
He’s a team player, with commendable skills in communication (verbal and written).
His habits include reading, singing, exploring nature. He is a recent employee.

Margreta N. Nyemah
is an intern of the Angie Brooks International Centre for Women’s Empowerment, Leadership Development, International Peace and Security (ABIC).
She’s a graduate of the African Methodist Episcopal University with a BA in Sociology and emphasizes in Management.
She has a strong background in remittances and basic knowledge in Microsoft office.
She’s a committed team player with strong time management skills, an eye for innovation and a passion for continuous learning.
She been working with the Angie Brooks International Centre as intern since 2024.
